The Shop, Distributive and Allied Employees Association (SDA) has welcomed today’s Full Bench decision of the Fair Work Commission dismissing Chemist Warehouse employers’ appeal against the Single Interest Employer Authorisation (SIEA) covering six Chemist Warehouse franchise employers in South Australia. In a decision delivered by a Full Bench of the Commission, they unanimously dismissed the appeal.
