The SDA runs strong campaigns to make your workplace better, fairer and safer.

From pushing for pay rises every year to stopping abusive customer behaviour and running big legal cases or getting free & safe car parking – the SDA is at work with you.

Our campaigns seek to make workplace changes that not only protect you but benefit you and if something isn’t right, we work hard to resolve it whether it’s a problem at your store or every store or for workers across the industry.
