Hugo Boss Agreement has been approved by the Fair Work Commission
Good news! The new Hugo Boss Agreement has been approved by the Fair Work Commission.
The new Agreement took effect from 30 January 2025.
This is a fantastic outcome for employees at Hugo Boss.
The new Hugo Boss Agreement secures your pay and conditions over the next few years and includes pay rises in July each year.
Remember, employees will receive increased penalty rates under the new Agreement as follows:
- Monday to Friday 6 to 11pm
- Saturday 7am to 11pm
- Sunday 9am to 11pm
- Public holidays
Once the new Agreement comes into effect check your pay slip to make sure you are being paid correctly.

Hugo Boss workers are covered by the Hugo Boss Agreement. This is a legally binding document and your employer must comply with the provisions outlined in the agreement.
The Hugo Boss Agreement sets out all of your pay and conditions at work. It is specific to Hugo Boss workers only. The Agreement includes:
- Breaks
- Penalty rates
- Overtime
- Rates of pay
- Pay rises
- Rostering rights
