The SDA supports the intent of the legislation to ensure young workers have fairer superannuation, that said, inserting subsection 10A(3A) would unnecessary if the current regulations are repealed. In this submission, the SDA repeats its call for the urgent repeal of the regulations that sees under 18 year old workers treated unequally.
