SDA Victoria members have exclusive access to immigration advice and assistance (Visa Assist) through the Immigration Advice and Rights Center (IARC) – experts in immigration law.

Visa Assist provides free, high-quality, and confidential immigration and citizenship advice to SDA Victorian Union members.

We believe that everyone should feel safe in their workplace regardless of visa status and that everyone should be empowered to enforce their workplace rights.

How Visa Assist can help
