Following extensive negotiations between the SDA and Endeavour Group, the proposed new Endeavour Group Agreement is now ready for workers to consider.
This Agreement will bring BWS and Dan Murphy’s workers onto one agreement, replacing the existing agreements. It will outline workers’ pay and conditions for the next four years.
The SDA has worked hard to secure an Agreement that lifts your wages, provides better conditions and recognises their needs at work.
Thanks to union members, the proposed Agreement delivers some major improvements including
- Yearly wage increases while maintaining above-Award wages
- Improved rostering protections
- Increased and improved leave provisions
- A new process to deal with workload issues
- Increased contract hours for part-timers
SDA Organisers will be visiting stores over the next few weeks to tell workers everything they need to know about the proposed Agreement and answer any questions they have.
Enterprise bargaining is a democratic process. No new Agreement can take effect without a vote of BWS and Dan Murphy’s workers and a majority yes vote by them.
If voted up by workers, it will then go to the Fair Work Commission for approval.
Voting is confidential and all workers have the right to have their say.
