As a new Delegate, Jess has jumped into the role with passion and commitment to deliver a better work environment for her colleagues.
She has completed all current training in record time and never fails to turn up.
Some challenging situations have arisen in her store, but Jess has handled them with confidence and professionalism, with the advice and support of her SDA Organiser and Industrial team at all times.
Jess knows that new workers have a voice and support when they join the SDA. That’s why she makes sure they are welcomed to her workplace and the Union.
Jess was recently instrumental in explaining proposed changes to the Woolworths EA in her store.
