Mosaic Brands – Voluntary Administration
6 November 2024
Mosaic Brands entered voluntary administration in late October 2024.
Voluntary administration is designed to resolve a company’s future. An independent registered liquidator (the voluntary administrator) is appointed and takes full control of the company. The focus of this process is to see if the business can continue as a going concern.
We understand this will be a difficult time for members working in Mosaic Brands stores.
The SDA is here to help and support our members every step of the way.
SDA Engage Experts:
The SDA has engaged experts in the field of administration of companies to represent the interests of our members throughout the voluntary administration process.
These experts will be representing the interests of SDA members NOT non-members.
This expert representation will enable us to ensure that all possible avenues and measures to protect members rights and entitlements throughout this process are taken.
This will also ensure that members are kept at the forefront of any future decisions about the direction of the company.
