New Endeavour Group Agreement approved
14 November 2025 – The new Endeavour Group Agreement has been approved by the Fair Work Commission.
It will take effect from next Friday 21 November 2025 with a nominal expiry date of 30 June 2029.
The new Agreement was voted up by Dan Murphy’s and BWS workers and secures:
- Yearly wage increases and above-Award wages
- Increase to minimum hours for part-time team members
- Increased rostering protections
- Improved leave provisions
You should also receive a New Agreement Payment – this is a one-time payment for workers employed as of 30 July 2025 – $150 for full-time, $110 for part-time, $80 for casual – within 28 days of the Agreement’s start.
In addition to this, the SDA supported further improvements during the approval process which will also apply including:
- Increased higher duties allowance to a flat amount of $5.20 at BWS
- Preservation of any existing Level 2 Team Member Classifications

Vote outcome - Endeavour Group Agreement
New Endeavor Group Retail Agreement 2025 voted up!
13 August 2025 – Following a ballot of Dan Murphy’s and BWS employees, the proposed Endeavour Group Retail Agreement 2025 has been overwhelmingly supported with a YES vote.
This is a good outcome for Dan Murphy’s and BWS employees as the Agreement includes:
- Yearly wage increases and above Award wages
- New Agreement Payment – one-time payment for workers employed as of 30 July 2025 – $150 full-time, $110 part-time, $80 casual – within 28 days of the Agreement’s start
- Increase to minimum hours for Part-time team members
- Increased rostering protections
- Improved leave provisions
The proposed Agreement will now go to the Fair Work Commission (FWC) for approval.
The SDA worked hard throughout negotiations to ensure you receive fair pay and working conditions.

Proposed new Endeavour Group Agreement finalised
Endeavour Group Retail Agreement 2025
Following extensive negotiations, the proposed Endeavour Group Retail Agreement 2025 is now available for team members to consider.
The proposed Agreement brings Dan Murphy’s and BWS team members into one Agreement replacing the existing Agreements.
The SDA encourages all Endeavour Group team members to Vote “Yes” to the proposal.
The proposed Agreement delivers new and improved conditions, including:
- Yearly wage increases and above Award wages
- New Agreement Payment – one-time payment for workers employed as of 30 July 2025 – $150 full-time, $110 part-time, $80 casual – within 28 days of the Agreement’s start.
- Increase to minimum hours for part-time team members
- Increased rostering protections
- Improved leave provisions
If approved by a majority of employees, the proposed Agreement will be lodged with the Fair Work Commission (FWC) for approval.
Endeavour Group propose that Agreement takes effect on the later of 6 October 2025 or 7 days after the approval by the FWC.
The commencement date is dependent on when it is approved by the FWC. The nominal expiry of this Agreement will be 30 June 2029.

Your pay and conditions at BWS
BWS workers are covered by the BWS Agreement. This is a legally binding document and your employer must comply with the provisions outlined in the agreement.
The BWS Agreement sets out all of your pay and conditions at work. It is specific to BWS workers only. The Agreement includes:
- Breaks
- Penalty rates
- Overtime
- Rates of pay
- Pay rises
- Rostering rights
The SDA negotiates with BWS on your behalf to secure improved pay and conditions.
Before any negotiations for a new agreement begins, the SDA surveys members about what’s important to you at work.
Generally, a new agreement is negotiated every 3-4 years.
