Norm’s 50 year journey with the SDA
“After finishing school in 1973, Norm arrived home to see his mother talking to their neighbours’ mother. She suggested if he was looking for work, he should go into the Safeway store in Frankston and ask for a job. He did this and was told there were no jobs available. The following day the neighbour said to go back and ask again, but this time say that “Joe sent me in” - her husband was the store Manager. Now there was a job available!
