The SDA, the biggest private sector union in the country, welcomes the Fair Work Commission’s Annual Wage Decision to increase wages by 4.75 percent from July 1 for its 200,000 plus members.

The Fair Work Commission handed down its Annual Wage Review decision this morning, increasing award wages and the minimum wage by [X%]. This increase applies from the first full pay period on or after 1 July 2026.
