As the union for workers at Super Retail Group, the SDA bargains with the Company on behalf of all workers and fights to secure the best possible outcomes.
Over many years of bargaining, the SDA has secured better pay and stronger conditions for workers including higher penalty rates, a better classification structure and fairer allowances.
What is the SDA’s role in negotiations?
The SDA will be representing the interests of rebel, Supercheap Auto, BCF and Macpac workers at the bargaining table.
Over the next few weeks, we’re surveying workers to find out what they want to see improved through bargaining.
This feedback will be used to form our priorities in negotiations, ensuring that workers have a real voice at the bargaining table.
SDA Organisers will be visiting stores to chat with workers and find out about the issues that matter to you at work and what can be improved.
