The Hungry Jack’s Agreement has been voted up with a majority YES vote.
It will now go to the Fair Work Commission for approval. No changes to your pay and conditions will take effect until the Commission approves it.
This is a great outcome for Hungry Jack’s workers. It will lock in better entitlements for the next few years and deliver:
- Better wages
- Fairer rostering and a better work/life balance
- Improved leave entitlements
- Hard-won SDA Union conditions
These improvements to your rights at work were only possible because of union members.
The SDA Union fought to win the best outcomes for SDA members and ensure all workers are better off.
Better outcomes are only possible when we stand together.
Over years of bargaining, the SDA has negotiated significantly better pay and conditions for Hungry Jack’s workers.
