Following extensive negotiations with Priceline, the SDA has secured a new Enterprise Agreement to cover Priceline Retail workers.
The SDA worked hard throughout negotiations to deliver the best possible outcomes for Priceline workers.
The proposed Agreement contains some significant improvements – and it’s all because of union members.
Before negotiations began, we spoke to our members to find out what’s important to them and ensure their voices were heard loud and clear at the bargaining table.
What’s changing at Priceline?
The Agreement delivers:
- Yearly wage increases linked to the Annual Wage Review
- Above Award wages
- Increased minimum hours per week for part-time workers
- Increased evening and Saturday penalty rates
- Increased pay rates for 18 and 19 year old workers – thanks to the SDA’s Adult Age = Adult Wage case
- Better leave entitlements
- Protected Sunday penalty rates
In August 2026, a majority of Priceline workers voted in favour of the proposed Agreement. It will now go to the Fair Work Commission for approval.
This Agreement would not have been possible without union members.
