All workers deserve to be able to plan for tomorrow and save for the future. And that starts with having a job you can rely on.

While unemployment is down, insecure work is on the rise. Millions of workers are stuck in casual or contract jobs or have to work multiple jobs to make ends meet.

The SDA is continuing to campaign against rising casualisation and fight for stronger pathways to permanent work.

Thanks to the SDA, millions of casual workers must now be offered permanent employment after 12 months of regular work.
