BRDC Negotiations 2025

Negotiations for a new agreement at Woolworths BRDC Larapinta are now in progress, after the SDA extensively surveyed members at site to gain your feedback about what YOU would like to see in YOUR new Agreement.

When a proposed agreement is finalised it will be put to BRDC team members in a vote. No Agreement can be put in place without a majority ‘YES’ vote and approval by the Fair Work Commission.
